Peaceful, warm and homely

Pros: We liked the location, quiet and peaceful. All the staff, including kitchen staff were very friendly and caring. Vishnu, Liju and Harsha were there all the time to meet our needs with a smile!

If you want to meet warm hosts ,have a stay that makes you feel taken care of,and sumptuous meal,then go for Aanvis♥️

Pros: We had a truly comfortable and memorable stay at Hotel Cloud’s Nest, Ooty. The property is beautifully located with a peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained rooms, and a cozy vibe that makes you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. What really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. Vishnu and Shabri went above and beyond to take great care of us. They were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The service, comfort, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Hotel Cloud’s Nest to anyone visiting Ooty and looking for a pleasant, stress-free stay with warm hospitality. We would definitely love to visit again!

Pros: Incredible view from our beautiful and comfortable room. A peaceful and calming place to stay after the hustle and bustle of Ooty’s attractions. Started the day with delicious and varied breakfast.

Nice stay for couples

Pros: The property was very clean. Staff are very warm and hospitable. They try their best to accommodate any request and I’d say the main positive about this place. The interiors and the overall property was quite modern and charming

Cons: Would’ve been nice if there was a small garden or play area for kids. Most restaurants are at least ten minutes away

Great Stay . Comfortable and Relaxing

Pros: Excellent Property at a great location. Excellent service by staffs especially Mr Lyjo and Shavri. Maintainance , Cleanliness, complimentary Breakfast all are top notch. Definitely going to consider for next visit.

Cons: A kitchen with limited menu would be great to address urgent requests around lunch and dinner. Not mandatory. But it would be better. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with quality and taste.

Pros: We stayed for 1 night at Clouds Nest. All the staff and team there were lovely and had a welcoming attitude towards us, especially Lyju and Sabari, who were very happy to help and answer any questions we had (eg about local tourist attractions). My son has multiple food allergies (including a severe nut allergy), which were extremely well catered for. The chef was able to make special food for him. Exceptional service. The room itself was very aesthetically pleasing, and the views were beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Clouds Nest, Ooty

Pros: My Wife and I visited India and stayed here as a stop off for 1 night. Having travelled from Hyderabad and Mysuru, Clouds Nest was the relaxing night we much needed. Away up on a hill, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was easy to relax and unwind. The room was beautiful, well decorated and maintained.

Cons: Couldn't find fault at all

Pros: Welcoming of Lyju and Vishnu, very helpful and also Nandoni in the kitchen. The peaceful location with great views on the tea plantations. The confort and size of the rooms and the design of the room and living room. Full and varied breakfast.

Cons: A little steam on the room windows preventing to see all the landscapes throughout the window in the morning.
