Best Place to spend Quality Time with Family.

Pros: The stay exceeded our expectation. It was a last minute plan and based on review in Booking.com we opted for Fairy Glen. The team at Fairy Glen made it felt like curated one. They had guided us right from the start what clothes to carry, weather in Coonoor, time to leave, which route to take till we reach the hotel. Even the person is available at junction to guide us to hotel as the road leading to it is narrow. They also recommended places to visit, eat and drive based on your preferences. It is best place to relax and unwind, it is not a hotel, it is ancestral property. You are more of a guest and that feeling of hotel and commercialisation is not there. The rooms are clean and well kept. You can spent time in and around the place without wanting to go anywhere. Lot of places nearby to enjoy and good restaurant and cafe is available. The staff will take good care of you during the stay and are always available.

Cons: Nothing that i can think of.

Peaceful !

Pros: Everything about the property is very nice ! The location , the staff , the cleanliness , the hospitality. Personal checks were done frequently until we reached the place and returned back too ! Uzma was very approachable:)

Cons: For the amount that we pay , breakfast could be a little more decent since that's the only complimentary thing given . It could be a mix of minimum south indian and continental. Especially when there are elders, just a bread and egg wont do justice !

The stay was very nice and comfortable

Pros: the rooms were clean and having basic amenities. the staff and the owner were very supportive. I will recommend it to my family members and friends

An island of Tranquility

Pros: A beautiful house in an idyllic setting with lovely gardens . Great place to relax and enjoy Coonoor . Doting staff who took care of our every need, be it transport to sightsee, awesome traditional food prepared with care , hand delivery of their special garam masala to our hotel in Bangalore.

Overall it was a nice and a comfortable stay

Pros: It’s a beautiful and well maintained house. The owner, Ms Uzma, had been a very kind and warm host throughout the entire journey right from booking until check out. Staff (Nivas, Regina and Fatima) at the property are also well trained and well behaved and made our stay very comfortable by quick action on any requests, serving delicious meals and maintaining cleanliness.

Cons: Location is slightly off the main road and the approach road is very narrow. First day when we were close to reach the property after sunset (around 7 pm) it was completely dark and our Innova taxi got stuck in the narrow stretch for few minutes. Next day onwards we were informed of an alternative route which was longer but better.

Our stay was very good, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the services and the food very much.

Pros: The location of this property is amazing. With breathtaking views and cool climate. The co-ordinater there will guide you with whatever help you need. The staff working are households but they are as good as professionals in providing you with the best hospitality. The food is homemade and tasty as good as it can be. Overall it is one of the dream places one could wish to stay to spend your vacation.

Cons: There is nothing as such I can complaint about. It's all good the way it is. The property gave us no chance of complaint.

Night stay was good, as we could not enjoy much because we were in the marriage nearby only.

Pros: Stay was good, we did not had breakfast as we came for marriage and took breakfast and lunch at the marriage venue

Cons: Only approach road is bit narrow, rest all are fine

Heaven in Coonoor

Pros: 1. Great location. Everything was at walking distance from the location- Market, Lamb’s rock and Dolphin nose.. Stellar view. Well manicured gardens.. Truly a fairy’s abode.. 2. Staff- Polite staff. Got a call from Uzma, owner of the property right at airport. Made a WhatsApp group of owner, manager and staff to help with trip. Nivas, the manager had been there for us throughout starting from receiving us in rain while holding umbrella himself to bidding adieu..Quite moving. Arranged Mangostein fruits from their own gardens for us (local and quite expensive fruit)..Arranged early breakfast every day for our daily treks.. Arranging great food, reliable taxi for our excursions. Overall wonderful stay with personal touch. Made our experience memorable..

Cons: Nothing actually.. There was nothing not to like..
