A Lovely Homestay

Pros: a perfect homestay experience out of the City and in the village. everything needed for a simple life, all within walking distance. the apartment is spacious and has all the basics for a comfortable and simple life. WiFi, fans, electricity, a working table/desk, couch, kitchen, all make the facilities excellent. bathroom and shower clean. bedside controls for fan and lights. it's a lovely little home stay.

Cons: next to the state highway, so the traffic is all night and early morning, with buses and trucks, and if you are not used to the sounds of the city, you might find it difficult to sleep well

Pros: This home stay is around 20 mins away from Kozhikode city. It's maintained by a doctor who is so kind and helpful. I went along with my friend, we felt safe.The host also suggested to us, the places to visit and where we can get the good food. I would definitely suggest this place for the women. Thank you for a nice stay and hospitality.

Pros: Privacy on top. No hassle to reach or go out any hour of the day Or night. Ample space. In close proximity to Kappad beach (must visit). Malls and city nodal areas are under 25 mins of distance.

Cons: Just a little more attention to cleaning is required as it is non AC accommodation.

Pleasant and peaceful

Pros: Great host. Nice family. Super accomadating to my needs - thanks a lot JJ and family :).

Cons: Not per se something I didn't like as was actually hoping to be away from the business of things for a bit but it is quite far out from Calicut. Not a deal breaker for me as there are still lots of nice restaurants and a lovely walk along the river there but worth knowing!

Pros: I loved my stay here.It's a complete 2 BHK apartment.It is located in a very calm corner near a river on the outskirts of the city.Thehost Jilshoy is always prompt to respond to the queries.Mice restaurants are nearby and the walk on the riverside is beautiful.Its a great value for money stay!

Cons: The wifi signal was good in the drawing room but not in the bedroom.Can do with a mosquito repellent.
