Value for money, peaceful, well located with all amenities and with welcoming host.

Pros: Excellent location near Kambarum beach, parking for car is available, well lit rooms with windows opening on sea side. Wifi is available. Kitchen can be used too. Overall value for money and peaceful stay. Host is very friendly.

Cons: Saw a cockroach, can consider better pest control. Otherwise its a good place to stay and we enjoyed the property.

Excellent getaway for people loving beach and food.

Pros: Excellent flat with sea facing view and close to all famous food joints and restaurants. Families and kids if like the beach will definitely love the place as it is only walkable distance across the road. Flat was very clean and is as shown in the pictures. Also wanted to compliment the host for their kind support and response.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn’t liked about the property.

Pros: I along with family visited Calicut recently and I stayed at Ivory Sea castle and the three-day stay was absolutely fantastic. My family really enjoyed it and the apartment provided the perfect, relaxing base we needed. The apartment was clean and made us feel comfortable and at ease. The location was ideal near Vellayil beach though we had to travel a little bit to reach the main city. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay, including a fully functional kitchen with essential accessories, a comfortable bed, a washing machine, TV etc. which truly enhanced our experience. We really enjoyed the comfort and convenience the apartment offered. It felt very much like a home away from home. I highly recommend this apartment. We were very satisfied and would happily stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Cons: We had to travel a bit to reach main city.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this 3BHK house! The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The view was beautiful, and its location near the beach made it even better. The owner was very helpful and friendly, making our stay smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! 🌴✨

Pros: The location of the property is the most attractive feature .Apart from that the 3BHK property was spacious and is a good spot for family getaway.The host was a wonderful person and responded promptly for all the needs we had asked .🤩

Pros: The location was exceptional. It was on the higher end of most places however it was clean, and comfortable. The host was very quick to respond to any queries and requests we might have had.

Pros: We like beautiful flat, clean rooms, bathrooms , clean bed sheets, pillows and blanket. Host was helpful and tried to make our stay comfortable. Ofcourse the location overlooking the beach was icing on the cake.

Cons: There should have been handwash in the bathrooms. Host tried to arrange it but due to the language barrier with housekeeper, the message was lost. A wiper would also help in keeping the bathroom clean. A microwave would be also nice addition.
