It was a good and memorable stay, I just wish the location was a bit better.

Pros: The property is very clean and staffs are very good. Perfect for large group or family. The property has 3 rooms I guess.

Cons: The location is quite away from the city. The locality becomes very quiet post evening. Difficult for commutation for someone not having their personal vehicle. Food option is very limited, there is only one nearby restaurant but the good thing is they do home delivery as well.

Pros: Amazing property. Just like the picture shown. Beautiful scenery. The people there were most helpful and patient. They helped us with drivers and bonfires.. The campus was beautiful and clean. Rooms were large, great clean bathroom. Very close to Banasura dam and Meenmutty waterfall.

Cons: It was a bit far from Kalpetta, but if you have a transport arranged, it's no issue.

Pros: Really good home stay, we got big property , .. everything was so clean, location is really nice..good service. Everyone will like , reasonable price

Cons: They sprayed a air freshener to blanket and room, which had such a strong fragrance that you may get headache . For food it's better to take from outside they tell you to order from some hotel , but food was not that much good , especially if you are a vegetarian you dnt like ..
