Excellent.. Good choice!!

Pros: Nice place.. Excellent service. Particularly care taker Babu supported well and provided the home made food.. Taste is so good and many more varieties.

Highly recommended stay

Pros: The property is very neat and clean and the caretaker is very polite and good in nature. He will arrange whatever you ask. You can enjoy the scenic view and good music here. And dont forget to take home made chocolate from him. It is super in taste and very less in price compared to market price.

Cozy, comfortable, relaxing and warm.

Pros: Great breakfast, great rooms . Very clean propery overall and very clean and good washrooms. Property has a terrace as well and from the balconies you can see good view of tea estates and mountains around.

Pros: We liked the place. It is very close to the Ooty boat house and a lot of other attractions. The ground floor is well suited for a family stay. The host takes care of your needs and is just a call away. The place is clean and situated at a calm location. The road leading to the stay is a bit narrow for cars but it’s hardly 50-100mtrs. So, it’s manageable. You can get food delivered from apps or the host can arrange home cooked food too. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it.

Cons: One thing that could’ve been better is having an induction stove. We felt it was missing, couldn’t heat up the food or milk.

Good and affordable stay.

Pros: Good and affordable stay. The staffs were also good. We had opted for ground floor which was quite spacious.

Best homestay

Pros: We planned to stay in Ooty as a family of 4. We felt it as our new home in Ooty. We don't face any issue. Only negative is the home doesn't provide stove option. But we can use our personal stove or induction. Very calm place close to the town. It's a good option for family with kids.

Good for family outings. Comfy rooms, decent amenities and ample space. Nice sun rise & sunset views

Pros: Spacious facility worth the money paid. They give firewood for a nominal fee, you could enjoy a nice late evening outdoors. The stay did not provide breakfast or any other meals. I saw that delivery services (swiggy / zomato) would deliver food there. Domino's on the app wouldn't deliver however delivery person was courteous enough to extend a bit for a minor charge. Decent restaurants are available within 1-5km radius.

Cons: Can't point at anything specific. Mr Babu would fill in any service / amenity gaps if you find one!

It was perfect

Pros: Host was amazing- super helpful and had an amazing place. This was the best location - everything was so accessible - the property was so beautiful and exceeded all our expectations, it was loaded with amenities, also very clean and well maintained, not to mention the serene sunset and sunrise views from the rooftop of this stay I would love to visit this again.

Pros: I recently stayed at Hailstone Home Stay in Ooty, and it was a fantastic experience! The place was very clean and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the property were stunning, adding to the serene and relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to the property manager, Babu, who was incredibly helpful and assisted us throughout our stay. His friendly and attentive service truly made our stay more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hailstone Home Stay to anyone visiting Ooty. We'll definitely be back!

Pros: Property was well maintainedand very clean, the caretaker Babu was very polite and welcoming. Had a very good view to outside.
