Excellent stay to relax at a calm & cool place in Coffee Plantation.
Pros: Personalised service, very calm location in Coffee plantation. The chefs Jayamma and staff Anuj & Karthick were giving excellent service.
Cons: Can Improve internet a bit.

Excellent relaxing stay with good food and service
Pros: The location and the service , the location is excellent and the service provided by the team very good.
Cons: With the rate being charged the rooms and facilities could be improved, the maintenance of the room and fitting fixtures can be improved

Tranquil relaxing weekend. Excellent food
Pros: The bungalow was lovely, the rooms were large and comfortable. The verandah was just the place for morning and afternoon tea. The birdsong from the plantation was soothing. Food was very good.
Cons: Some of the bathrooms did not have soap dispensers. Phone signal was poor, The wifi kept coming and going. On the second night there were several hours with no wifi and no phone signal - if there had been any emergency we would not have been able to get help.

Great location, staff & food.. it’s really less then five hours from bangalore -very good break.
Pros: Location is very pretty & serene — real experience of being in the thick of a coffee plantation. Great weather & general calm easy vibe.
Cons: I feel the food was highly over priced. At 2500 per person per meal - is beyond any five star property. This seemed unfair as there are no restaurants anywhere near the location. It seemed like they were taking advantage of us being dependent on their food. Also strange was the number of call I got reminding me about the cost of food before arrival. Paying for all expenses at the end of the day is unpleasant.

Hospitality at its best
Pros: Well maintained colonial feel kept intact, superb location and spacious rooms and living spaces
Cons: Not much to complain, a bit of activity could have been included

Perfect and pampered stay
Pros: Great location and amazing property away from the crowds
Cons: Since it is far away from any known sights it would be great to have more activities within the place for groups to enjoy. Something like pool table, board games and so on

Sukoon. Oasis and props to Ama trails
Pros: Away from all the commercial mess, an oasis with super service, to relax and feel at home away from home in idealistic setting. Its about the people. Subhay the caretaker Faizal the chef Udaya the nature walker Taj Service. Pleased although i went with doubts after reading reviews on Taneerhulla Cottage. With slight upgrades, its lovely.
Cons: Could use slight upgradation, slight upgrade in comfort such as cushion, furniture, but on the whole, its not a hotel but a home so its a fair trade off
