Pros: Location, facilities, food , staff, service… everything

Cons: Hardly anything . May be they can try to negotiate with local forest department for jungle safaris for the guests.

Lovely stay in a quiet location.

Pros: Property is in a very serene and quiet location. Excellent staff from reception through to all staff in restaurants and cleaning etc. Clean in all areas.

Cons: Monkeys are a bit scary as they come as groups to the pool and attack if you have any handbags etc. But it’s in a forest adjoined area so they can’t be stopped. Not many kids choices for food that I have noticed as well as no kids club in itself to drop kids during day.

Pros: My children thoroughly enjoyed and explored the activities provided. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Dilip, who was an exceptional entertainer. The three-day schedule offered a variety of engaging activities that kept the children entertained and happy. His talent lies in his ability to enhance the well-being of those around him. We would definitely recommend our friends.

Cons: The sights were quite far away, and the property is located a bit inside. I think the dinner price should be lower. It's really a waste of money for kids, as they can't eat that much.

Pros: Breakfast Menu, Service Team at Machaan and Great experience at Malabar

Peaceful.

Pros: The location is fantastic for a peaceful stay. The rooms and the entire premises are well maintained and clean. The staff received with warmth and very welcoming through out the stay. The kitchen made out of menu items for my kid. Pet food is available in the restaurant with variety of options.

Cons: For those who are travelling with pet need to reserve villa room which is costlier than minimum tariff room. This is not mentioned while booking and I was charged extra upon arrival. I received a mail post booking but did not notice it due to continuous driving that day. Even though the breakfast buffet is good, lunch had no buffet (maybe because of less occupancy) and items are at a higher price point given the taste is above average.

Pros: Courteous staffs, activities conducted by resort in the evening hours and food tastes

Cons: Breakfast menu could have changed the 2nd day - apart from 1-2 items, the menu got repeated during our stay duration

Overall, this stay was worth every penny. Excellent service, cleanliness, and care—highly recommended by all means

Pros: Everything about our stay was amazing! The staff were truly exceptional—extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Dileep for organizing a fun activity and for being especially kind and helpful with the children—it made a big difference to our experience. The restaurant staff were also very professional and attentive, making every meal pleasant. The entire property was kept very clean, which we greatly appreciated.

Cons: Food price is little expensive

Pros: excellent place to stay. it’s very family friendly resort. very well maintained. clean and comfortable. customer service was top notch. very well trained staff to provide best customer service. especially the front desk staff name Greesha, who gave us the best service from check in to check out. rooms were spacious. they had 2 restaurants but the multi cuisine restaurant had good option of breakfast and food. taste was awesome. well maintained pool. can complain a thing about the resort.

Cons: although we didn’t take any kids, a suggestion is that the kids play area has to be improved also need to revamp the activity area.
