The stay was amazing , the cottages are stunning , very clean and staff were friendly and helpful . Honestly the best st

Pros: The location and the staff , from the check in to the check out the staff were friendly.

Cons: Find it too pricy , apart from that nice stay. Pool was not clean , I understand it’s middle of forest and lot of leaves in pool, water was cold for swimming , this is just as reference not a compliant . I would love stay again.

Amazing location, fantastic property, awesome staff in a wonderfully tranquil setting

Pros: Exceptionally courteous and friendly staff that made our stay both comfortable and memorable - shout out to Vijay, Viven, Fiya, Jomiwell and team for being amazing. Room was amazing and very spacious - loved the adjacent pool as well which made for great dips. In-room jacuzzi was awesome too. Great food at breakfast and dinner, which kept changing and made sure we were well fed! Complimentary coffee hours between 1630-1830 in the afternoons always hit the spot and discovered a new type of coffee we are yet to find elsewhere - Chukku Coffee. Finally, the grounds themselves were lovely to walk around - a real hub of serenity and peace! Will definitely be back!

Pros: Perfect place for a getaway. Everything was perfect, the property, the amenities, the hospitality. We booked one of the pool villas and it was just what we expected. Complete privacy and comfort amidst the lush green trees. People avoid going in monsoon but since I love monsoon, I enjoyed it even more.

Pros: Everything was amazing. From checkin till checkout Everything was smooth and amazing

Cons: Could have been better with checkin time. Even after all the details was provided before arriving the property, since the previous guests had not vacated amd cleaning was going on had to wait for 45min .

Family Vacation

Pros: The Resorts Location , ambience , Food Quality and Taste including Service was at the best.

Cons: 1) Limited No of selected items in Dinner, especially the Desserts were very limited with Veg Options 2) The selected room Category had both Options of : Jacuzzi and Pool, wherein the Jacuzzi wasn't working for current season and pool couldn't be used due to current rainy conditions. The Leisure Vacation was purposefully planned to enjoy such amenities at such high value Resorts, which we felt deprived off.

Awesome resort

Pros: The resort is built amidst nature, Kaldee kaapee shop near lake side and the chukoo coffee was awesome. The front desk staff, buggy drivers, the hospitality staffs at restaurant are extremely friendly. No matter what time it is the room service is at it best. Loved the private pool villa superb! Kids play area could have been better built and managed.
