Pros: The resort's picturesque location, surrounded by nature's beauty, provided a serene backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Room was not only comfortable but also tastefully designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. Dining at Purple Palm was a gastronomic delight. The culinary expertise showcased in each dish was impressive. What truly stood out during our visit was the exceptional service. The warm hospitality of the staff and their smiling faces added a personal touch, making us feel welcomed and valued.

Cons: Since the breakfast buffet was exceptional, we would have loved if there was a dinner/lunch buffet as well

Nice experience which changed our mood & gave mental relaxation.

Pros: 1) Cleanliness, hygiene, ambience was too good. Facilities are excellent! 2) Silence is a positive point. 3) Umbrella facility.

Cons: 1) Cupboard is not provided in room for keeping clothes and items. 2) Lighting should be much more bright in room as well as in certain locations of the resort including around the swimming area.It is too dim & dark. 3) Free pick up and drop facility should be provided from Manglore airport.

Pros: The location is strategic as most of the tourist places are easily reachable. Staff is very friendly and prompt to service. Hotel is clean with lots of playing activity. Well maintained swimming pool.

Pros: The rooms were super spacious, the extra beds we requested were ready in no time and the swimming pool was clean and lovely. The breakfast spread was also good.

Cons: The entire breakfast spread was not ready at 7:30 am which they informed was the breakfast start time. It still wasn't ready by the time we finished having our breakfast with available spread. This needs tk be improved upon for guests who would like an early checko
