Best place for family retreat.

Pros: Kerala country side feel, old traditional building, felt like our ancestral home.

Cons: Too hot in some areas of the resort, we had to request for aircon to be turned on for the indoor game area.

Pros: The ambience was pleasant, and the hospitality was excellent

Cons: The fan regulators are not functioning properly. There are two ceiling fans installed in the cottage, and the regulators for both fans are not working.

Great location and building. Could have been better managed

Pros: Stunning location by a quiet green fringed river and close to a highway, away from the city. Beautiful laterite buildings. Large well cared for grounds that encourage you to wander. Large Amphitheatre with a river back drop. Boat cruises on the river (that we missed) Good Pool and secluded yoga deck. Decent buffet breakfast and dinner.

Cons: Access road to property off highway very messy. We were given a room that overlooked a tiled roof that completely blocked the view! Very unhappy that we were given this room that should be an office in spite of making the booking months in advance- were told the place was full. Very poor design and inhospitality towards a first time visitor couple. The restaurant service is no where near 5*. Had uncomfortable conversations with managers who mishandled an evening dinner with invited guests. Will probably not visit again.

Excellent! 5 star experience!

Pros: Amazing property in a beautiful setting! Everything was 5 star. The staff, the facilities including gym, yoga, spa and boat trip. We highly recommended the seafood restaurant!

Pros: Extremely aesthetic, way too many photo spots ( which is a good thing for sure lol), scenic location, rooms were very well done, all amenities provided

Cons: For the price, complementary breakfast could've been offered. 1000 per head for breakfast in addition to the room fee is definitely a bit much.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights stay

Pros: Located ideally a bit away from the city with very calm and quiet surroundings while city is just less than 10minutes drive. Ideal for all kind of travellers including honeymooners and businesspeople. Staffs were very friendly and the food was excellent.
