Flora Misty Falls Athirappilly

Will gladly do it again.

Pros: The location and staff were amazing. 10/10. We had a very good time. Cannot stress how helpful and accommodating the staff were. We felt very well taken care of to the point that our 3 year old still talks and asks about Abin and the other staff.

Cons: Only two issues. Cleanliness was lacking. Floor was quite dirty and despite staff's multiple attempts, it was still blackening our feet. Maybe using water and fresh mops instead of just soap will help. Second is the noise coming into the room from the kitchen when it's being cleaned up at night. Not what one expects in the most expensive suite.

Excellent Stay !!!

Pros: New Year Eve's Dinner, Song & Dance Program and Fireworks - Great way to usher in the New Year. Food was very tasty and the spread was great. Check in and Check out was smooth. All the staff members were very cordial and the services provided by them were beyond expectations.

Pros: It was stunning and it was located in an extremely beautiful place, the views were breath taking and staff were exceptional.

Cons: I think they could improve the flooring around the pool area to match the standard of the rest of the property.

Worth the money

Pros: Excellent location, very good food, very polished and polite staff. Rooms were very clean and the balcony had the best view of the Athirapally waterfalls. Absolutely out of this world experience. Other facilities like swimming pool were world class.

Awesome views and service

Pros: Really great service from the team. Chef was able to tailor our meals. When we had a problem with our bed it was quickly resolved. View from room and dining area was spectacular, fully showing off the falls.

Cons: Sounds from reception, including alarm/phone from 4am and also music until 10pm were easily heard from the room. Some sound insulation, or redesign might help.

Luxurious stay with family.

Pros: Outstanding view of the waterfall, luxurious room with jacuzzi.

Cons: Bit too expensive for the property size.
