Pros: Owner behaviour was good enough from checking to checkout. He helped for booking auto/cab for local commute. Two lady care taker are there who takes care of home made food at reasonable cost if guest asks for. They prepares and serves hot at dining 🍽 area of the cottage. Location is awesome. At top of hill..and environment was very calm, soothing. For relaxing one or two days with friends or family at coonoor this property is recommended at budget cost.

Pros: The breakfast was great! The location is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Awesome location and view..Sims Park and Wellington War Memorial are nearby..Helpful Caretaker and Good food. Breakfast...lunch and dinner was reasonably priced and better than outside restaurants..Also caretaker prepared Onion Bhajji on request

Cons: We booked 3 rooms..In 1 room bathroom,water was dripping from geyser and room was stinking due to drainage.
