Happy Stay

Pros: It was very Happy stay. Good location, Neat clean and spacious room. Staff was very helpful. Especially Manager Mr.Marshal,Very helpful and Polite person. Beach is very close and we can find different taste of restaurants nearby.

Location, location, location!

Pros: Amazing location right next to Cherai beach and Lilliput restaurant. Delicious breakfasts were brought to the room precisely 9 AM every morning. Warm water shower with good pressure. Toilet seat and sink very clean.

Cons: In Jan 2026 there was some loud construction work right next door. Fortunately they didn't start too early so sleep was unaffected. The mattresses are longing for vacuum cleaning, bathroom tiles and shelves need some scrubbing and curtains and pillows need a good dusting.

Good stay!

Pros: The room was very clean and spacious. Location was very close to Cherai beach. Stay was quiet and comfortable.

Cons: Very less parking space. Only two cars can park. I saw this in the other reviews, so I took Uber. Not a resort, it's more like a hotel room.

Pros: We stayed there for only one night and enjoyed the beach swimming. Room was very clean. Owner of the property guided us to reduce the taxi expenses. And the receptionist guided us for good breakfast.

Pleasure and Budget friendly Trip

Pros: It was very happy stay. Reached at hotel before 10 am. But they allowed us to check in early. Rooms are very beautiful, neat and clean. Room tariff was budget friendly. Inside the rooms arranged all the items properly. Toiletries like dental kit. shaving kit, soap ,comb, shampoo ,body lotion ect available. Kettle, tea bags ,coffee powder, milk powder ect also available in the room. We can see the sea from the rooms. Staff is very helpful .They provide us Kerala breakfast. It was delicious. Totally it was very pleasure trip. We enjoyed well. Main attraction was Beach. It is very close the property. Only few steps away.

Pros: Rooms were clean, neatly organised, plenty of room

Cons: Advertised as a beach resort, should be specified beach front, no private access. Also they did not take card and insisted on paying the whole price upfront. Being an international traveller, this was a real inconvenience.
