We had nice and comfortable stay with beautiful scenery and peaceful river

Pros: Location, facility, staff, cleanliness, river, trees, rooms, follow up

Cons: Staff quarter which is also located inside the premises is not gelling with the guest rooms in same location.

Good property for river side stay

Pros: The dormitory for our family of 7 was spacious and a good choice. Despite the rainy weather, the service was good, no delays. The restaurant by the river is very nice. The coracle ride from the water entry point was very nice and my family loved it.

Cons: The property is spread across 2 discontinuous parcels of land, though they are both next door. If you are staying on the wooden cottage, done house or dormitory, you would need to walk across to the main property for restaurant, food, river access, etc. the kids play area has equipment that is probably suitable for 7+ years. My kids (6 and 2) had fun on the swing but not much else.

Overnight stay

Pros: Very good, tasty food and very prompt and friendly service

Cons: Rooms were very basic.

Great river-view villa with nature and safety, but slow plate cleaning and hygiene concerns.

Pros: Likes: We booked a villa and it has a very good riverview balcony. The property is facing the cauvery river. 1. There are lot of greeneries and the property is maintained well. 2. I stayed with family and safety wise it was really good. 3. You can order food at room by calling the kitchen manager from hotel room. 4. There is a small seating arrangement outside the room at the balcony. You can enjoy both the tasty food and the nature together. Safety Tip: The water level in the cauvery river may increase upto danger level at any point of time. Please be cautious and careful when you are standing downstairs close to the river.

Cons: Cons: Observed that people staying in villa ordering food in the room and keeping those used plates in the balcony. The hotel staff is not picking those plates on time and the dogs nearby licks those plates throughout the night. I'm really not sure, how well they clean their plates, But I would think twice before staying in that property again. Everything about this property is good except this part.

Incredible location

Pros: Location, Cleanliness. Polite staff. Never felt this is a Government property. I loved it

Cons: Lot of insects and lizards were there inside the room. Wall pain was chipping out.

Nice property with great location

Pros: The room and the provided linens were clean. Spacious and basic items were made available in the room. The property is just adjacent to the river which makes the stay memorable. You can also choose to go for a coracle ride or just spend your day and evening sitting on the stairs leading to the river.

Pros: Amazing location. And very friendly staff, they were very helping and the room was very comfortable

Cons: Net connection is extremely poor. Wish I could work from there but had to sit in the reception to send mails. Also food was not very good. Same masala for veg and non veg and veg dish was smelling of nonveg. No south indian meals at all which is very sad. Pls add in the menu.

Pros: Options available..cut fruit also given.. restaurant kutira v beautiful..lunch can skip here..tea bit costly.. location is awesome

Cons: Typically government type..warm reception missing.. language could be an issue..no ceiling fan..

Quiet and peaceful stay. Good to visit

Pros: Rooms were big and spacious which is not common when u stay anywhere. Although the room looked old things but it was clean.

Cons: Wi-Fi was not working, good varieties are very limited but good taste, They mentioned as Food was complimentary and included but the in charge was arguing that it wasn’t included till we got into details from the booking etc.

Pros: Liked the location,ambience,service.The wash basin sink is cracked.Room no 009. The wash basin tap water flow or pressure is low in the bathroom. Sandwiches can be provided during evening snacks and morning buffet.Overall very good stay

Cons: Wash basin broken sink. Tap water in the wash basin flow is low.
