A really comfortable stay at a well-priced hotel

Pros: The staff were excellent; extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. They could not have done more to make us comfortable. The rooms were large and comfortable. The outdoor pool was clean and it was a bonus to be able to use it. Breakfast was very good and we were able to choose what we wanted.

Cons: The only niggle was that the mattress was a little lumpy, but everything else was excellent.

STAY WAS GOOD

Pros: LOCATION WAS GOOD BUT THE ADDRESS ONLINE WAS MISLEADING AS IT WAS MENTIONED THAT THE HOTEL WAS LOCATED IN POLLACHI WHICH WAS OUR REQUIREMENT. ON ARRIVING WE FOUND THAT IT WAS ALMOST ON THE KERALA BORDER. THE ADDRESS IN THE BUSINESS CARD GIVEN TO US ON ARRIVAL AT THE HOTEL DID NOT MATCH THE ADDRESS GIVEN ONLINE. THIS CAUSED GRAVE INCONVENIENCE TO US AS WE HAD TO END UP PAYING TO GET A PERMIT AS THE HOTEL WAS IN THE KERALA BORDER

Cons: GIVING PROPER INFORMATION IS VERY ESSENTIAL. THE MISLEADING ADDRESS ON THE ONLINE BOOKING CAUSED CONSIDERABLE INCONVENIENCE TO US. THE ONLINE ADDRESS SAID POLLACHI WHICH WAS NOT CORRECT. THE HOTEL STAFF TOO WERE NOT IN A POSITION TO GIVE A CONVINCING ANSWER WHEN QUESTIONED BY US ABOUT THE ADDRESS. NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS FACT
