Pros: Room comfort was very good, spacious and very clean room, staffs was very cooperative, security guards are very helpful for any queries, food was good.

Short stay but stay was really very comfortable and nice thank you Park Team

Pros: Over all the stay was great. Staff is really nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr.Tu the FOM who was very efficient and helpful while upon arrival we came to know that the standard room of the hotel are twin bed and this was not mentioned in booking.com while making the reservation and I was traveling with my wife. Mr. Tu was very helpful and polite while handling the situation when my wife raised the concern.

Cons: Hotel should coordinate with booking.com and mention the twin bed feature in the standard room booking which is not mentioned in the description. To avoid similar situations with clients. Only a feedback that washroom must be more clean and bright in terms of lights. Washroom lights were very dim. Washroom in the shower area has water stain marks.
