A highly recommended place to stay in Mysore if you are looking at a 5 star level service and professional place to stay

Pros: I am just blown away by the kind of hospitality and facilities they have in Mysore. I highly recommend this place if you are in Mysore. Big rooms, clean, great staff and amazing food. One extra star for their staff and one for the location.

Cons: Nothing- I loved my stay

A good place to stay

Pros: Clean and high speck hotel, nice decor, very good value for money, excellent run, good nights sleep. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful tho a little hectic. Menu was decent and well priced, swimming pool and bonus. Good room and we both slept well

Cons: Very unclear as to how to order items such as omelet at breakfast. Staff happy to help but busy doing the most mundsne of tasks that the important things, like taking breakfast orders was a low priority The roof top cafe was never open during the day. The complimentary high tea lacked appeal, offering finger food like French fries one evening and onion bhaji the next. I would have thought the small cakes and pastries from breakfast, which grew more stale as each day passed, would be a better choice

Good hotel, great facilities and excellent restaurant in Mysore

Pros: Lovely hotel, rooms a little dated but comfortable. Great pool area and a fantastic restaurant - had my best meal of my India trip here - thank you chef

Cons: Nothing. All good, just a refresh in room and bathroom decor would bring it up a level. But great stay.

Pros: The staff were really helpful when my husband was not feeling well on arrival. The food on the rooftop was delicious,.the bed was comfy and breakfast was good.

It was confirtable stay except Restaurant ( which is actual very important )

Pros: Unfortunately the food ( meat ) was not cooked properly it was almost Raw ( like chewing Gum ). On complaint , it was not addressed properly. Arrangements made For Dinner as well as Breakfast - was out of control...of staff.

Pros: Location was excellent. It was maintained well. Staff was friendly and attentive - specially at La Uppu. Rooms are large, well lit and clean. Bed was super comfortable.

Pros: We stayed there for 2days ,Stay was excellent and location is perfect. All staff were cooperative

Cons: Didn't like the quality of razors for shaving as its not sharp and was painful while shaving .

Pros: The property location was bang on, the service provided was great. The buffet options made sure every palate was satisfied.

Cons: 1. The room to balcony proportions. Maybe an additional allocation in favour of the room would have been better. 2. Breakfast buffet: The spread is great but honestly why do you miscalculate on the staffing needed for the live counters. It just seemed like a mess.

Overall good location and value

Pros: Location. Staff attitude and willingness to be of service. Clean. Comfortable. Good value. Superb EV Charging speed.

Cons: 1. They need to use softer higher quality bed linen. 2. Speed of service relating to food in the restaurants needs to be better. 3. Underground parking approach is very narrow and tight. 4. The parking for EV charging could be better.
