Great hotel stay in Mysuru in a very convenient location. Staff all wonderful

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location. The facilities were excellent and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Spa treatment was excellent. Wonderful staff helping to make your treatments as relaxing as possible.

Cons: Can’t be helped but pool and spa involves walking through a restaurant.

Pros: Breakfast and location were very good, rooftop pool was a big plus. Our room was very clean, staff was nice and they even offered express laundry. The only thing that bothered us was the restaurants generator (?) located directly above our room 305, which was making a lot of noise between 6.00 am and 10.45 pm. We were unable to sleep before 10.45pm (or after 06.00 am) because it was so loud.

Great hotel restaurant, very good location

Pros: As a family of four, we were allocated two double rooms with connecting doors, which was a pleasant surprise. Very good location within walking distance of the palace, bus station, lots of restaurants and shops nearby including a department store. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of food at breakfast, mostly Indian, but also a few European meals. Very good restaurant in the basement. Pool clean. Gym available.

Cons: The safe didn't work. The rooms always smelled a bit like insect repellent chemicals after cleaning. However, it's better to put up with the unpleasant smell than insects in the room :-)

Excellent choice close to Mysore Palace

Pros: Perfectly located within walking distance of Mysore Palace. Large clean room with very comfortable bed and quiet AC. Lovely welcome from the lady at reception, who accepted my request for early check-in. Really appreciated that after overnight train. Special mention also to the housekeeping guy. Would happily return if in Mysore.

Cons: Unnecessary harassment demanding advance payment before arrival despite having NON REFUNDABLE booking. Avoidable Bad mouthing of booking.com reputation with regard to general cancellations.
