Pros: The staff, each and every one of them, from the security guard to the receptionists to the kitchen personnel are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is also freshly made and very delicious. Water pressure in the shower is very good, water is sufficiently hot. This is always a hit or miss in hotel i. Kerala.

Pros: Well maintained rooms. Ultra clean bathroom with all toiletries. Located near Zudio and opposite to Orchid Hospital. Courteous staff with good service. Free breakfast buffet and tasty food too. If you want outside food, there is one of the best restaurants in Malappuram Airlines Restaurant is at just walkable distance.

Pros: Mr. Praveen, Espero GM was helpful and efficient in dealing with the reservation and arranging for transportation. All staff members that we encountered were friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and immaculate. Breakfast was exceptional

Pros: افضل فندق في مالابورام تم ترقية غرفتي من قبل الاستقبال غرفه كينغ نظيف جدا ومريح وهادئ ومنظر من خيالي من النافذة مطل على اشجار جوز الهند والافطار في الدور الخامس منظر خيالي وافطار خمسه نجوم وكل شيء قريب من الموقع مطاعم وسوبر ماركت ومولات
