An exceptional city airport hotel

Pros: Having stayed in five-star hotels across Europe and Asia, I was genuinely impressed by this property. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the bathroom facilities were outstanding, including a modern electric toilet with a heated seat, which was an unexpected luxury. The staff were professional, welcoming, and organised a seamless airport pickup without any difficulty. The food was excellent, fresh and well prepared, easily on par with many higher end hotels. A real gem.

Cons: Very little. For an airport city hotel, this property exceeds expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to other travellers passing through Calicut, Kerala.

Excellent, very comfortable brief stopover near to airport, with free transfer & breakfast included.

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable & very spacious. Courteous & helpful staff throughout. Lovely rooftop swimming pool, small gym. Included breakfast could have included granola or porridge, but had plenty of mainly Indian hot options, plus eggs to order. Bread for toast was bland. Terrific value for money.

Cons: Location uninteresting & backed by litter-filled vacant lot; however easy distance from the airport.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful

Pros: This accommodation was comfortable, cozy and clean. Food at the restaurant is well prepared. Good value for money with a Posh interiors and fixtures.

Cons: Nothing much. A room orientation needs to be given to the customers by hotel staff during check in.

Pros: It's a very clean and comfortable hotel. Very conveniently located in relation to Kozhikode airport. The staff are very warm and friendly too. Their free pick up service from the airport was very handy too. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and I had a good rest before continuing my onwards journey. I just needed a place to rest for a few hours. I will stay here again when I am transiting through next time.

Pros: Hotel rooms are exceptionally good, clean and spacious. Restaurants are also very clean. Foods are good. Washroom exceptionally clean. Behaviour of staffs are also equally good. Car Parking space is sufficient.

Cons: Particularly spacious rooms and clean washroom. No external sounds, silent room.

Value for money

Pros: High Standard of Cleanliness, professional staff, Comfortable and well appointed room, close to airport though far enough to avoid the sound of aircrafts.
