Great mountain experience with good homely food

Pros: The location is excellent. Close to temple and in the mountains. - Ample car parking even supports a 12 seater - Staff is extremely friendly and helpful - they take extra care to customise food where possible to make the guests feell at home - Mr Pradeep the manager was also very informative on the activities and surroundings and dos and donts Great to see Mayura hotels pacing up to the private ones

Cons: Property is bit old and Government support for touch up will add more value

Pros: The property was at an amazing location. They even had a tribal dance organised in the evening which was really good.

Pros: The Location of the Hotel and thew Size of Room. The dinner and Snacks order in the evening was great as compared to lunch. Service was good. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping was good when we asked the rooms to be cleaned. Pradeep really took good care of us.

Cons: The Food option was limited during the Lunch time.

Cons: The only disappointment was the cuisine. The food was bad, especially the rice items ans evening snacks items.

Cons: The rooms and toilets need complete refurbishment as per KSTDC standard properties.

Pros: Came here for a birthday celebration and we loved it. Located in good place from where everything is accessible to walk. They have a restaurant inside and food was awesome. You don't have to step outside for anything.

Cons: Doors were tight - probably because of dampness. And soft and chair can be more clean. Or maybe they should change type of material for sofa.
