Nice and comfortable

Pros: Convenient location, availability of parking space neat amd comfortable room.

Cons: Food was not cheap and taste was just ok. Ac sound was a little disturbing.

Stay was very good and pleasant. Staff is quite courteous and their behaviour is Superb !!!

Pros: When asked about the complementary breakfast, I got a reply that this facility has been stopped !!

Cons: Food charges is a bit on the higher side. We can get very good quality food in the outside restaurants for lesser prices !! Why can't not Gokulam restaurants also follow the same !!

Pros: We like the reachability or quick access to temple and the inhouse restaurant. Great customer support and friendly including reception persons, floor uncharged, watchman. Hot water was available 24*7. Room and toilets was super clean on checkin. Flexible check in. Sufficient parking facility.

Cons: It's not about unlike, few points to improvement. 1) bathroom tiles was slippery and we could not manage , which will be more tough for elder ones 2) Bed and pillow comfort can be improved.

GOOD AND CONTENDED

Pros: location was quite good and near to the place where I wanted to go, Only thing is I never knew there was awoollen blanket kept in the cupboard and could not use it in the night. I was never informed aboit it, Night was cold and next morning only i saw that !!!
