Nice to stay. Near ganga hospital and sai baba temple. Courteous front desk

Pros: Bath room should have anti skid tiles. Present one is slippery . Seniors should be careful

Pros: Courtesy at the front desk and helpful staff who obliged to get a phone charger immediately And Nisha who was very responsive from the beginning

Cons: AC could improve

Excellent hotel in Coimbatore - clean and comfortable!

Pros: An excellent hotel in Coimbatore! The units are extremely clean, comfortable and spacious with hot water, AC and a TV available. The staff are super responsive and helpful, and the location is also near many restaurants and shops. There is also a breakfast option available and an option to order food whenever you need it.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of!

Clean, comfortable rooms - dissapointing breakfast

Pros: The hotel was pretty new. Apparently opened only a few months ago. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly. We stayed at the hotel on a medical trip to Ganga Hospital. The hotel is located very close to the hospital, just 5 minutes Uber ride away. The hotel had room service available but the first 2 days it wasn't available as the chef was on leave. The food was reasonably priced and had a variety of options available. We cut our trip short by 1 day as the treatment was over early. We requested for a refund if possible. The manager informed us they won't be able to give a refund as they still had to pay commission to booking.com. However they let us deduct our room service charges from it, so we didn't have to pay anything when we checked out.

Cons: We had booked 2 rooms and one of the rooms had a strong cigarette smell. We informed the staff and they offered a different room. But we opted to stay in the original 2 rooms as we wanted adjoining rooms. The staff sprayed air freshner to get rid of the smell. Even though the rooms were clean, the bathroom had a bit of smell when you flushed. And the flush water was a bit discolored. The shower itself had no issues. We had booked with breakfast included, but the breakfast itself was very basic South Indian veg food. Need more options for international guests. Also every morning the staff would call multiple times to remind us of breakfast. Rooms could use a mini bar fridge to store our own food.

Memorable stay. We will stay at Hotel Cachet next time we visit Coimbatore and recommend to others.

Pros: The staff is exceptional, attentive and helped us through out our 3 day stay. Mr. Gopi’s customer service is outstanding. Breakfast was wholesome and tasty with a good variety. Location was perfect.

Cons: Hot water supply was not consistent. Water drainage in the bath room was slow.

Nice to stay and relax. Suggest people to visit and enjoy the comfort.

Pros: Receptionist and the attendant were courteous. Facility met my requirement.

Cons: Since, the furnishing part in other part of the facility is in progress was visible.
