Nice hotel.

Pros: The hotel staff are polite to me. I recommend that everyone stay at this hotel in the future.

Cons: Could you please consider improving the room air conditioners? Apart from that, the other facilities are satisfactory.

Our stay in the hotel was ok but it would be much better if the room/toilet had been maintained well

Pros: break fast was not included. The location of the Hotel is perfect as the environment was silent enough.

Cons: it was our third time we have stayed in the Hotel. First time when we went the room and toilet was well maintained but this time it was not the same. The management must consider on this issue to make the visitors happy. The staff at reception were new to the job and they have not being taught about customer care.
