Pros: Awesome food, very friendly staff and helpful.. Location just wow. Waterfall only 10 mins walkable distance. Rooms are spacious. Manager is nice person and helpful.

Cons: Rooms are not clean especially the bathroom. Bad smell in all bathrooms and very unhygienic. Snails are roaming in the bathroom. Small swimming pool with cold water. Veg breakfast option only.

Pros: We stayed at Coorg Sana Riverside as a couple, and what stood out the most for us was the cleanliness and the staff’s hospitality. The rooms, washrooms, and even the common areas were kept spotless, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, always with a smile. It never felt like a formal hotel service—it felt homely and warm, and that made a big difference to our experience.
