Excellent homestay for family

Pros: Excellent Location, Quality of rooms. Very courteous and responsive caretaking staff. Simple, yet tasty food. Very close to Iruppu falls which is just 10 mins away.

Cons: Only thing was there was an extended powercut on one night due to generator issue. I believe this was a one off occurrence and will be rectified.

Pros: Exceptional! What a beautiful building in a wonderful location. Spacious, very comfortable room/ bathroom with view over the lakes. Lovely outside seating area, pool, dining room. Great food and excellent staff. Highly recommend.

A totally serene getaway to do nothing but chill

Pros: The property is secluded beautiful and tasteful. It's really close to nature. There's only 6 rooms so it's peaceful. Food was great and they even customized it as per our needs. Staff was responsive and prompt. Books to read and some games to play. Small but great swimming pool with a view.

Cons: I liked it all. Those who want to go sightseeing might find this a bit far out but therein lies the charm.

The villa is beautifully designed, with every corner reflecting elegance and comfort. From the spacious, immaculately clean rooms to the lush greenery surrounding the property, everything was thoughtfully curated to ensure a peaceful retreat. The pool was a highlight perfect for unwinding. A special mention must go to Radhika, the owner, whose warm hospitality made our stay truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home always being just a call away to help with anything we needed.We’re already counting down the days until we can visit again.

Pros: Villa Katipadu is a beautiful and perfect getaway spot. The property itself is newly setup with all the luxuries. Rooms and beds are cozy, comfortable, and hygienic, with all the facilities, especially the washrooms are very beautiful... the pool is clean and well maintained too. The staffs are very caring, and always around you for any help... food options and quality is amazing. It's a best place for the nature lovers who wants to relax in a calm, peaceful, lushy greens. The bonfire experience in the misty evening beside the pond was mindblowing... Overall we had a great relaxing experience. Special thanks to Radhika (the property owner), Gopal (Manager) and all the staffs who made our stay comfortable and pleasant 😊 Kudos team 👏 I would definitely recommend you to try this place and you won't regret!
