Heritage house in the city!

Pros: A charming historical building with a garden. Not far from city center, easy to go around!

Cons: The house is not isolated from the noisy city. But you're in an indian city, right? Breakfast is bit overpriced, even though it's delicious.

Good to experience staying in such a historic home. Very comfortable and clean and highly recommend the breakfast

Calm, friendly, well equipped, authentic homestay.

Pros: Very attractive heritage property. Engaged and helpful host. All necessary facilities in place and as described. Property is spotlessly clean and quality of linen & bathroom supplies is excellent. Very good wifi. Authentic vegetarian food. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this special home stay.

Pros: Such old homes are precious as it reminds us about our culture and the hosts who own the home are extremely warm. Its a joy to see how its so well preserved and celebrated by the owners still making it a beautiful living space. The architecture, the greenery, the cleanliness, the warmth and transparency of the owners made it a special short get away.

An altogether interesting and pleasing homestay.

Pros: Suresh and his wife have restored and modernised this fine old house but without losing its traditional style and furnishing. Bathrooms have fine stone and marble floors and surfaces. Mysore Gem

Pros: The host was fabulous, had loads of great tips and helped us with choosing restaurants, arranging transportation and was flexible with allowing late check out. The house is beautiful and very unique. Rooms were large. Location was fairly central for a city, only a short uber from the main sites.

Cons: Beds were quite firm for our taste.

Pros: This is a really special place to stay in Mysore. A beautiful old house, sensitively restored. It’s been in the same family for three generations and one feels like a guest not a customer. Excellent home-made breakfast, super-hospitable host, a tranquil home in a lovely city. We hope to return.

An authentic oasis of peace and beauty in the heart of Mysore.

Pros: Soulful, very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed, great location. An authentic experience of stepping into the days of old in Mysore. It’s a family home, going back generations, beautifully restored and cared for. Suresh and his wife cook the most delicious, healthy local vegetarian food, prepared with all their heart and served with kindness and graciousness. They were extremely attentive and responsive to our needs, going above and beyond the call of duty to care for us. They treated us like family. We will never forget and for sure will be back.
