Nice and Comfortable stay

Pros: It's a nice homestay away from Centre.Secluded and calm place.Hospitality was good.

Cons: I will be honest, There is tough competition from Hotels. They should keep a small fridge in room. Keep hot water kettle in room.Should have more options of breakfast as everyone don't like dosa,pulao or idli. As a person may like to stay in centre with slightly higher prices due to the facilities available in city .It's a feedback for getting better from current stage.

Pros: It was a perfect stay, with perfect hospitality. Surroundings makes the stay more peacefull.

Pros: Super friendly host family, great breakfast, awesome room with balcony, quiet surroundings.

Incredible stay and peaceful environment

Pros: We loved the hospitality the family here looks after us. The breakfast was amazing. Enough space to park your car.

Cons: Air conditioner is not there. Restaurants are little far around 4-5kms.!

Happy to stay

Pros: It was nice expirence ... Neat and clean room. Tasty breakfast as per our comfort timings.

Cons: All good if they provide shampoo.

Pros: The owner's house is really good! We had to check out early but later returned due to some reason, and they graciously allowed us to stay longer without charging anything extra. The breakfast was also great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Cons: Overall, it was good, but there was one issue with electricity. Since it’s a village, power cuts are expected. However, they managed the power backup well, so I’d say it was still a good experience.

Pros: We loved everything, suitable for family, host is very kind.

A very pleasant stay !

Pros: Everyone there is so kind, especially Jeevan who he did his best to make our stay confortable and to answer all our questions. The house is very nice and the room confortable with a nice view from the balcony. All is very clean. Possibiliy to be served dinner which is practical as there is no restaurant around (3.5 km from town center). Quiet surrounding. We higly recommend this place.

Cons: Everything was fine but a board outside the house to indicate the name of the guest-house would be practical on arrival ( but location on google map was correct)

Pros: Place was neat and cool. Peaceful environment too. Couples friendly. The hosts are helpful. They provide the tastiest breakfast comparing to other hotels in madikeri. They are really helpful with smiling face. Personal opinion: If 4 or 5 people going to madikeri, they can opt for this homestay without even thinking. If couples are going to stay and if they are not having their own vehicle(or renting scooter) better they can think and opt for other hotels near bus stand becoz it is approx 3.5km from bus stand and the roads are little steep which is not much safer.

Cons: Cost wise little higher comparing to moderate hotels. But it was safe they have cctv cameras in surroundings. The only drawback I saw was there are no nearby shops even for lunch or dinner or even medical shops in case of urgency.
