Over pleasant stay.

Pros: Nice facility, location is remote so please avoid reaching too late olin case if you don't have own vehicle. Overall wonderful experience. Facility caretaker Saveen really helped in arranging a smooth and nice stay.

Cons: The room which we have initially give is very poorly lit.

Pros: FireFly by the River in Coorg exceeded expectations. Mr. Saveen's warm hospitality, delicious home-cooked meals (veg/non-veg), and serene surroundings made our stay unforgettable. Pros: The breakfast was really great. We loved how homely the staff made the entire dining experience. The taste of the food was something which we really liked.

Cons: Only thing that we found could be improved is the walkways within the property, Since we were visiting the property during monsoon there was lot of mud. Having stones in the walkways would definitely make it more convenient for anyone to navigate within the property during monsoon. Again, this is not a complaint but more of a recommendation which I am sure the owners would definitely plan to implement.

A homestay X resort at a beautiful location

Pros: The location was just off a main road. The property is nestled next to the Harangi river. The food was freshly made and was very homely. We also liked the peaceful surroundings. There's a hammock, swing and a few benches right at the river bank that make for a great setup to simply unwind, listening to the river flow and the birds chirp. We went for a coracle ride(available upon request) that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Cons: Wifi could have been better.

Great leisure getaway from the hustle!

Pros: Great location, quiet and disconnected from the chaos of city life, but not too far from a town and necessities if required. The staff was courteous, the food was tasty and the surroundings were perfect for a peaceful getaway. There's a river flowing near the property which was a nice place to spend a peaceful morning.

Cons: We went as a family, paid the same amount for 2 rooms, but one was significantly smaller than the other. The smaller room was a little cramped for space and probably does not do justice to what the property represents - there should be consistency in allocating rooms based on pricing. The beds were quite springy and not too comfortable for the back. If these things are taken care of, it would be a 10/10 property.

Excellent property if you are looking for peace and tranquility. Will surely go back next time.

Pros: Good property away from the hustle and bustle; tucked into a quiet corner in the middle of greenery. You could listen to the sound of birds throughout our stay.

Cons: Had to think hard, but cant find anything that I didn’t like about the property.

Nice, cozy, friendly beautiful place.

Pros: Nice location, friendly staff and good food. It is a little far from main town Madikeri, but there are good places to visit nearby. The resort is on the banks of a river, and we had nice Caracle ride.

Cons: They don't provide lunch, a fact that should have been told at the time of booking.

Pros: Food was great, the service was great, the estate was beautiful.

Cons: The bed was slightly uncomfortable

Peaceful stays amidst fireflies

Pros: We had a good time at the property, It was very calm n serene by the river with amazing food. And the name 'Firefly by the river' justified itself, saw several fireflies, something that you don't get to see in the city anymore. It rekindled old memories when they were a common site even in cities. I hope to visit it again someday.

Cons: Nothing as such.
