A wonderful stay in a delightful and peaceful boutique hotel with wonderful staff.

Pros: The staff were so welcoming and helpful, a shoutout to Vinoth who went over and above to help us with our enquiries. The room is large and comfortable with incredible views over the valley. Everything we ate at the restaurant was outstanding and they offer room service too. All the little extras such as soft drinks and biscuits, flowers on the bed on arrival just added to the wonderful experience.

Cons: Nothing , everything was amazing.

Loved our stay!

Pros: Loved this place! Amazing views, both from the room balcony and from the restaurant. Room was very clean. Service was prompt and everyone were so helpful and friendly. The food was very good too. We loved the complimentary breakfast!

Good hotel with great views

Pros: Great view from the balcony and comfy bed. Staff were helpful and attentive. There was a good selection at breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant which has a great view of the surrounding mountains and villages.

Cons: The room was a bit tired and needs updating. There wasn't enough hot water for two people to shower.

A Delightful Homestay Experience with Exceptional Service

Pros: Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is awesome, offering a wonderful sense of tranquility. This charming, homestay-like hotel is exceptionally well-maintained, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the manager, who was a truly jolly person, always greeting us with a warm smile. We had requested Jain breakfast, and we were delighted that our request was not only attended to but also served exactly as we wanted. It's worth noting that the hotel is situated in an isolated place, and the approach road is a bit curvy, so keep that in mind when planning your travel.

Best place to stay in Cunoor

Pros: Location and hospitality Manager Mr Thiagarajan was a Gem He ensured we maxed every bit of our stay not just in his property but in Cunoor. Wonderful experience From suggesting sight seeing to quaint cafés and restaurants.. arranging special set up for our group at his resort he made our stay delightful .. Location is so pretty it made us feel we are living in clouds

Cons: The booking and confirmation process. Booking.com did not mention about having to make 50% advance payment, but payment was demanded by Nature resorts and Spa before confirming the booking. Poor handling of booking process

Beautiful views and a tranquil stay

Pros: A beautiful hotel in the heart of Coonoors Nature. A warm and lovely team of staff, thanks guys. Big thanks to Thiagu for arranging our trip in Coonoor and Ooty, we did not have to do a thing- he arranged a tour guide and driver for us. Food and room service was great.

Cons: In the evening can be cool, a heater in the room would be nice
