Pros: We had wonderful experience at Mi Casa Tu Casa Homestay. We as a family with 2 children rented 2 rooms on the second flour for 4 days in Nov 2023. Wonderful terrace with fishing pool outdoor lights and open roof which gives outstanding impression especially in the rain time. Excellent wi-fi. Very tasty and abundant breakfasts. Separate outdoor kitchen with refrigerator. Special thanks to the hosts whose hospitality and helpfulness exceeds conceivable limits! Very close to Cherai junction (for shopping) and Cherai Beach (for enjoying the seaside) and very quiet street at the same time. I definitely recommend this place to everyone looking for a good homestay in Kochi.
