Pros: This place is more about Legacy than just an accommodation unit. It’s about making a memory at an iconic ancestral home.

Pros: After a long ride it was a nice quiet place to rest.

Cons: It was a little bit out of town, but not a huge problem.

Pros: A perfect place for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life. A unique Kerala ancient house comfortable for living and full of thw vibe of tranquility and peace. We really enjoyed our stay, our breakfast and the hospitality. Thanks and highly recommended

Awesome. Perfect for unwinding and a child friendly place. Would like to visit again during monsoon.

Pros: We wanted a quiet place that follows traditional Kerala architecture. This is that. Plenty of free space for children and for strolling. Great hosts who don't intrude at all and are available when you need help. Also, no TV in the room - was a good digital detox. Though it was peak summer in Kerala, the naturally cool tile roofing is to be experienced - A/C is also there.

Cons: Probably having a door mat on the outside. The first doormat is after you climb up the stairs - we fealt really bad to drag the sand from shoes till there. Wonderful homely breakfast is available, but for lunch and dinner you need to go outside. This area being a predominantly non-vegetarian and seafood locality, if you've specific dietary restrictions, you will need to scout places up ahead.

Amazing stay with happy memories.

Pros: The house was amazing. Ancestral home. Lots of character and really good energy. The mango trees in the front yord were amazing . Ghuthum was professional, pleasant, and very helpful. Met the mother, and she cooked amazing kerelan style prawn curry with green mango and fish fry it was delicious. The whole family was amazing. I had the choice to have my own space and also the choice to mix. I panicked a little when I went to the beach as a new area, and the phone was dying and called Guhum reassured me not to panic and sending his dad to pick me up. I also left my key at the home, and Guthum arranged someone to drop it off to me 25 km away. Costing just the petrol. Nothing was too much for him. I only stayed 1 night and had such a good time. Will always remember this stay. I will surely be back and highly recomemded a stay there.

Cons: The l9cal beach was dirty, but the other further side was amazing. Long stretch of beautiful sands.

Pros: Heritage Era feel,the ambience ND way back to 1939.

Pros: Das Haus ist neu und ausgesprochen schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten dort einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Sehr angenehme Betten und ruhige Lage. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Excellent séjour dans un très beau bâtiment avec une âme.

Pros: Le charme particulier d’une demeure familiale historique contrastant avec des bâtisses récentes impersonnelles. L’accueil chaleureux et sympathique de Gautam le propriétaire ainsi que de son personnel qui nous a préparé d’excellents repas et petits déjeuners (Indiens). Le calme car en retrait de la route assez fréquentée menant à la plage de Chavvakad. L’immense plage de Chavvakad réservant de belles promenades des lors que l’on s’éloigne du parking central. Le propriétaire nous a aider à trouver un taxi pour continuer notre voyage.

Cons: L’accès à la plage à pied (environ 1,5 km) le long d’une route assez fréquentée n’est pas très agréable mais on peut héler un tuk-tuk.

Belle demeure coloniale isolée

Pros: La maison est splendide., ancienne demeure coloniale. Très bon petit déjeuner non épicé comme à notre demande. Beaucoup de magasins à Chavakkade.

Cons: Loin de tout, 1,7 km de la plage.La ville de Chavakkade est très polluée.
