Rightly…..Evoking Nostalgia.

Pros: A true traditional Kerala house. Very well maintained. With paddy fields and a typical small town/village aura, with an ensemble of trees. Peacock was our morning alarm and the personal pond added to the stay’s beauty. With 3 floors n 5 bedrooms, it was spacious for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids of 11 years age. The 2nd floor has low roof and one has to mind their head with the running fan. claustrophobic people can have issues. The top floor is a single large attic, well lit for private party. Outhouse can be used for driver on extra charges. Kitchen is well equipped for tea coffee and plates. We did not cook though utensils were available for that too. Being a small town dinner has to be ordered by 8-9 PM. The only small hurdle for us was not being able to take our 16 seated tempo traveller upto the house as the road to the house got quite narrow for the last 500 meters. All in all a very satisfying experience with the owner being ever ready to help with any query.

Excellent traditional, 80 year old house Well mannered host One of the best if you like traditional homestay All facilities - ac, wifi, fridge, washing machine......ect I booked it after reading the reviews in airbnb, they are new in booking.com so please read the airbnb reviews for more details before booking

Pros: Ambience, nature and the silence . The place is best for family and friends, looking for a retreat away from the hectic city life.The hosts were cooperative and welcoming.
