Snowdrops Ooty

Extremely nice place Mr.Sukumaran was an amazing host recommend for a large group, comfy big rooms.

Pros: The breakfast was very good homemade food great tea Mr.Sukumaran was very nice and helpful gave us a very nice experience he opened the gate every time we came even very late at night.

Cons: The bathrooms miss showers but that's the only complaint i have

Very good stay

Pros: Excellent stay in a very peaceful serene location. The rooms were clean and well maintained by Sukumar. He is very supportive and helpful.

Cons: There is nothing specific as dislike however an improvement would be to have heaters in the bedrooms as the nights are too cold that too the property is at hill top. Especially for children it will be helpful. Secondly, the breakfast can have few options as only Idly is being served on all days.

Great facility with excellent food and good location

Pros: The villa was beautiful, set on the slopes of Elk Hill in Ooty, away from the crowded city center. The caretaker of the property was really efficient and food was awesome! The villa was clean and well-maintained and well supplied in terms of blankets, towels etc. The caretaker was very responsive and though always available, not intrusive.

Cons: There's really nothing to complain in terms of cleanliness and service. The only drawback of the facility was the lack of room heaters or fireplace, typically available at other hotels or homestays in Ooty since it gets really cold during winter.

Ok overall excellent except toilets can be renovated with shower

Pros: Ok good. Host cooked what we wanted. Rooms and hall well maintained.

Cons: Toilets. No heater, no shower. Have to use pail. Clean ok can manage but could been more well renovated.

Pros: We experienced a wonderful stay in this property. This property is well maintained and clean. Very calm environment, the care taker is very kind and friendly to us. Will recommend this to my friends and families.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. The caretaker Mr. Sukumar was very courteous.

Pros: Caretaker was very helpful and gave us home food as we had stomach problem eating out.

Comfy clean stay

Pros: Nice comfy stay. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Highlight is the caretaker family who took care as their own family . My kid wanted very selective cuisine & they managed to get it perfect. The love of serving made the difference . Caretakers determine the review of a facility for sure ! Thanks

Cons: Family bedroom is just next to parking. Car park is front of room . We didn’t go for full Appartment but for family room. Full Appartment’s are better choice than where we stayed
