Very good stay, fabulous hosts.

Pros: The hosts were very warm and took care of every aspect of our stay. Mr. Chinnaraj the owner of the property is one of the nicest person i have met. He has very good energy and always eager to help the guests in their needs and wants. Cook is fabulous and you get to eat very delicious and healthy food here. Overall our stay was very comfortable. Would like to visit this property again on my next visit to kotagiri. Would highly recommend for travelling with friends and family.

A peaceful hillside escape with spectacular views and a cozy ambience.

Pros: The view from the room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the mist-covered valley was magical. The interiors were cozy and well-designed with a nice blend of rustic and modern elements. It was peaceful, private, and a perfect place to relax and disconnect from the outside world.

Pros: The room was very clean, staffs were very polite, Mr.Raja, the helper anna was very helpful for us, the cook cooked us fresh and tasty meals throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and happy stay. Will definitely recommend for a friend.

Beautiful view!

Pros: The best part of this property is its location. The view from the room was absolutely amazing. The food, though a bit too pricey, was tasty. Staff were friendly.

Cons: This is more like a home stay, than a resort. Its a small property with 4 rooms and they are still in the process of completing some of the construction works. The facilities in general are good, but I wouldnt put them at par with resort levels. Some of the things used appear a bit cheap. As indicated earlier, the food is a bit too pricey for the kind of property (example: pepper chicken was costing 600 rupees and even the chapathi price was >40, as far as I recall). May be more transparency on food pricing would be helpful for guests. Also there are no other good food options nearby.

Cons: Nothing as such. Only suggestion is to mention about the stairs for accessibility which was bit difficult for my mother to cover to reach to the room.
