Pros: “I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, with a big hall, kitchen, dining table, a large TV, and amenities like a kettle with tea bags. The overall experience was comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others.”

Cons: The only issue was that hot water was not available in the bathroom.

Pros: Clean and neat,very comfortable. Food is excellent. Bathroom heater is tobe setright,but the caretaker supplied hot water.The property is well maintained and we did enjoy our stay.

A perfect place to crash, feel cozy and romantic with your partner or after a long day's travel!

Pros: A clean, cozy, and beautiful home for 3 days! It is located outside Kotagiri town and provides ample peace and quiet! Rooms smell nice and woody, just like the old estate houses in the hills. The toilet is modern and clean (something very difficult to find in Ooty and Coimbatore. The host checks in on you daily, taking care of all your requirements. Cleaning service is also provided every few days at regular intervals. Hot water is available throughout. Did not try the food. RECOMMENDED FOR INTERNATIONAL TOURISTS😉

Cons: Nothing - the wifi was slow, but they were already installing a new router while we were checking out!!😉

Kind level of approach

Pros: Full complete stay.. it's not jus private stay. It's feel like own home. Owner behaviour excellent 👌👍. Caretaker also good.. ☺️ gave complimentary breakfast at time ❤️

Vielen Dank nochmals für den Tipp mit dem Restaurant, ausgezeichnetes Essen. Nur 1Minute zu Fuss, kein Google Eintrag. Zwischen go Kotagiri Tourisme und Franklin's Finestay

Cons: Nur als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag. Bei diesem Zimmer wo ich hatte wäre es super wenn da noch ein Spiegel im Bad angebracht würde. Aber ansonsten hatte es mir sehr gefallen.
