Peaceful stay outside the city centre

Pros: The peaceful location though it was 7 km away from centre but it was worthed. Be mentally prepared to pay bit extra to cab for up and down from here.

Bit expensive for rooms.

Pros: Hotel is clean. Staffs are okay. Surrounded by Tea plantation. Have a good view in morning.

Cons: I personally feel its too expensive.

Stay was excellent.

Pros: Location, Food from kitchen, support staff. Service levels - fantastic

Cons: After booking through Booking.com, I have spoken with the property manager and he demanded me to pay 50% advance immediately. Otherwise I may loose the reservation if someone else from MakeMyTrip pays before me. this has happened though I had time to pay till mid-night. Did not like this attitude.

Everything is as expected and I would prefer to stay at this place in future.

Pros: Staff behaviour, Location, Food taste and quality, Room cleanliness.

Cons: Cycles should have been minimum quality. As there is only possible fun Kids and family is going for cycling. Unfortunately cycles are not at good condition. They are rusty, noisy, Bad tyres, Handles and pedals are weak. Campfire is Paid service, Should have been offered as a default free service at least 1hr so that everyone at this place can get benefit.

Pros: It's a very nice hotel. It is situated in the tea farms. At his place we can enjoy the nature a lot. There are very less rooms here. It's doesn't seem to be like a hotel. It's moreover like our own house or a farm house. The hotel is little expensive. Service is very nice. Totally we can give a 5 star to this place. The best place to stay in.

Clen and tidy rooms with tea estate view

Pros: I stayed here with my family. Rooms and toilet were clean, that is the greatest plus point of them. When i was looking for a estate stay, my first concern was cleanliness and peaceful sorrounding. We got both. Ameer helped us throughout the stay, i liked their proactiveness. You should definitely try their campfire and barbeque. 😋👌 I would definitely recommend this place for a escapade from city life

tea estate resort with best view and hospitality

Pros: we had a great time at this resort. we were looking for a resort to enjoy the lush greenery o ooty away from city and to enjoy tea estate view from our bed, finally we found a resort which offers both. location, view from balcony, sunset view, jeep safari, food and their hospitality are the things that I liked the most. thanks for the team for their exceptional hospitality, especially ameer and saalih
