Lovely place, lovely people, brilliant food, brilliant experience!

Pros: Went to Coorg with my parents for a vacation and came across this highly rated homestay and decided to book it. We were lucky to be their only guest for our duration of stay. It not only allowed us to be catered to at a personal level, but also helped us form a friendship with the lovely Cariappa family. 🩷🩷🩷 Additionally, Meena aunty took extra care to ensure we didn't miss out on Coorg's culinary experience just because we were vegetarians, by cooking the most sumptuous vegetarian dishes for us! Love this extra care. We hope to come back here often!

Cons: Nothing much! Napoklu is far from Madikeri, and the back and forth can be tiring. So plan your travel itinerary accordingly.

Absolutely stunning

Pros: It was one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family. The food, the room, and everything else were absolutely outstanding and clean.

Best place to stay with best host.

Pros: We stayed in the family room. Everything was amazing here - place, people, location, food. We felt like staying in our home away from home which is located in a serene coffee estate. Waking up in the morning with bird chirping and a cup of hot filter coffee followed by a homely made breakfast while talking with the host (uncle, aunty, their son, in-house chef, helpers) who are the most gentle person I have recently come across. I can't express our experience here in words. Host treated us like we are part of their extended family. No five star resorts can match the experience we got here. We have travelled to many countries and stayed in so many places and this beautiful place will always be one of our most favourite one.

Cons: Nothing as such.. may be a stronger wifi. But again we did not miss it much as we wanted to have a break from our daily routine.

Awesome and fabulous.

Pros: The hosts were gracious and hospitality was fabulous. Meena aunty and her family makes the guests feel so welcome and almost like an extended family and there was so much warmth. Food was good and property was beautiful and we had a great experience.

Cons: Wifi connection inside the room was slightly weak but worked better outside so that something can be explored.

A must pace to stay away from chaotic city life

Pros: I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to Meena aunty, Kariappa uncle, Bopanna, and the entire team. Your hospitality was truly top notch—every need of ours was looked after with so much care and attention. The homely food, both at breakfast and dinner, was absolutely delicious. Not to miss the tea and coffee ☕ The property is very well managed and set in a beautiful, peaceful location. We were able to fully enjoy nature and get the restful, sound sleep we had been longing for, away from the chaos of the city. It felt like a dream to experience such tranquility and live so close to nature, even if just for a short while.A big thank you to everyone for making our stay so special and for your wonderful hospitality. Pros: I stayed at The Blue Mountains Estate Stay with my family for a night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The place itself is decent, with all the basic amenities you’d expect, and definitely worth the price. What stood out the most was the host family – they were extremely warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Their hospitality really added a personal touch that made the experience memorable. They also prepare food on request, and I must say, the food was delicious and homely. I would highly recommend opting for their meals, as there aren’t really any good restaurants nearby. If you’re looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay with genuine hospitality in the Blue Mountains, this is a great option.

Cons: Room sizes were bit smaller than expected.

Awesome Memories Gathered by us in this great place

Pros: Awesome location and nice host like parents…Thanks Mr. & Mrs. Kariappa for your hospitality…I would recommend to stay in the home stay to enjoy full mist and foggy climate during the early morning…it’s located in dense coffee plantation with plenty of natural beauty….Food in home stay is more like home. Well prepared and Hygenic food. Special thanks to Kariappa aunty since I have travelled with infant and she has extended great support to provide proper quality of milk. Overall experience is nice.

Cons: Must stay for natural scenic beauty and to great hospitality
