Pros: The room was excellent. we stayed with my family. Price was reasonable. Much satisfied. they didn't charge price for extra water bottles. i know its simple. most of the places which I have stayed, they charged for extra water bottles

Great value for money. Great option if you're fine with the basics.

Pros: The room offers the basics for those who are fine with ONLY the basics. I've stayed at this property four times already. we like the rooms' minimalism. It's a great place for solo travelers who intend spend the day outside. Great location. Clean lobby and corridors. I haven't dined in their restaurant or dining area, but ordered room service. Room service of tea, chapathi and chicken curry was excellent - nothing fancy, just good old wholesome food that tasted like home.

Cons: With each visit, I noticed the rooms seemed to be getting shabbier. The wall cupboards were splintered. The mirror cracked. The bathroom seemed to desperately need a face-lift. I hope action is taken to address these.

Cons: The difficulty is in getting room service food in the hotel, and if ordered, it will take one to two hours to arrive, and there is not much variety available, so it became a little difficult.

Stayed for a night

Pros: The location was perfect, with warm, helpful staff. Clean rooms, minimalist furniture. We ordered a simple dinner of chicken curry and chappathis.... they were both excellent. Will certainly stay again.

Cons: Perhaps add a floor mat, and ensure the paint on the bathroom door frame is intact.

Pros: I had an amazing experience staying at Nexstay Kassaba Inn from 3rd dec to 11th dec. The place is well connected to the railway station and is well known by the taxi drivers and rickshaws. The hotel has dedicated car parking. Beautiful reception area. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The hotel staff is too courteous and promptly acts upon to fulfill any of the requests placed by guests. Enjoyed the breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Bin spät angereist und eine Nacht nur zum schlafen verbracht. Sauberes Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. Die Klimaanlage nicht direkt über dem Bett und angenehm leise. Für eine Nacht war die Unterkunft sehr gut.

Cons: Das Bad ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Leider keine Zahlung mit ausländischer Kreditkarte möglich.
