Carefully Designed and Well Located Property Needing Periodic Maintenance

Pros: This is a well designed property built with care and effort in design, fixtures and furniture by the host Shafeeq. For example, the higher end mattress and toilet flush system will rarely be found within this budget category. Ashraf the caretaker-manager is hardworking and within reach for any assistance. While the lack of lifts and in-house F&B might be an impediment for some guests, the stairs are wide and several online/ offline food options exist within easy reach. The daily cleaning inside and outside the room seemed diligent. Location might seem a little low-end but is near the town center and access to most urban facilities is easy.

Cons: The rooms and stairway urgently need periodic maintenance and painting, without which they start to look dirty. A deep clean and disinfection of all rooms is also long overdue. Terrible sound proofing (gaps in most doors!) means that every outside sound is amplified; light sleepers will have a hard time.

Pros: Very nice apartment. Everything very clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and always friendly. We recommend this accommodation. Is in the City, very safe place.

Cons: Location is a bit interior, need to walk down to catch transport. Water bottles should be provided.

Pros: The manager was very helpful and friendly, the only negative point is no restaurant in the property. Restaurants are far away, even though the property belongs to the center of the city.
