Pros: We arrived at midnight but we were accommodated for checking in at that time. The man on the desk was really helpful. We were transferred to the airport at 4am no problem. The room was perfect, very clean and had everthing we needed.

Pros: Close to the airport, Modern clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was ordered through reception, was enjoyable and dinner was very good value for money. Breakfast was complimentary. Shuttle vehicle was provided to and from the airport at a cost of 400 rubles per trip.

Cons: No hot water in the bathroom. Minimal shopping or restaurants nearby.

Pros: The stay was comfortable. I had booked a two-bedroom apartment, but when I reached the hotel, it was located on the second floor, which was difficult for my mother as she cannot climb stairs. The reception staff was very helpful and arranged two rooms on the ground floor so that my mother did not have to climb two floors.

Cons: Nothing as such, Only for breakfast Idli should be available next time.

Pros: I had an excellent stay at Tree 9 Hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone. The room was extremely well maintained and had everything available, from small essentials like spoons to useful items like an iron, dental kit, and even a first aid kit. They also provided a coffee maker with coffee sachets and tea sachets, which was a great touch. The room setup is very modern — even the fans can be operated by remote, along with the switches, which was very convenient. The management and staff were very polite, well-behaved, and professional, which made the stay even better. There were also many nearby hotels and everything around the location was perfect. Overall, everything was perfect and I will definitely choose Tree 9 Hotel again
