Pros: Excellent stay nice ambience and large rooms. Polite staffs mr. Vinod and sporty was very helpful

Pros: Good stay, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful.

Pros: The staff and location. Very friendly and helpful staff and location in terms of distances from the main sites in the city, was great.

Cons: There was very little sunlight in the rooms and they need to pay attention to small details like number of towels, spoons/stirrers, coffee tea sachets etc depending on number of pax in a room. Can be overcome with some basic training for the staff.

Pros: Very clean and conformable. Responsive reception desk. Very good location near the palace, though the surrounding area is a bit chaotic and walking is difficult due to broken sidewalks. Rickshaws are easily available, however. The shower was excellent with abundant hot water, not always a given in India.

Cons: Not easy to call a taxi and staff don't always understand or communicate well in English.
