Value for money and apt for short trips.

Pros: Calm and silent ambiance was very good. The car parking was also very good.

Cons: The toilets needs more cleanliness. Towels, toiletories etc can also be provided.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Utsavam Apartments, Guruvayur. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it perfect for both families and pilgrims visiting the temple. The location is very convenient—just a short distance from the Guruvayur Temple—yet peaceful and comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful, and always available for any assistance. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and all amenities were exactly as promised. The overall atmosphere felt homely and welcoming. Pros: Definitely a nice hotel in an affordable price range. If u r travelling with a group of 7 or more this is the best hotel..

Cons: Few things could have been better..we stayed in 4BHK..one of the rooms ac wasn't working..could be gas problem in it. Lights could have been brighter. Hot water wasn't hot enough in one of the rooms.. Rest all it was good. For this price range i wouldnt expect more.
