We loved the complimentary breakfast. The staff were very helpful sorting taxis and giving advice on where to get lunch

Pros: This was my second visit to MK Residency and I had just as good experience. They let me leave some luggage there whilst I went for a trip to Coonoor and I also gave them some laundry to wash, and when I arrived the luggage and clean laundry were waiting in my new room! The apartment was also very clean and had comfortable seating. Good value for money considering you get a personal or shared apartment space with your room

Comfortable apartment and room. Very accommodating staff

Pros: The apartments are very spacious with comfortable seating. Everything feels very clean and taken care of. My room was simple but had everything I needed, and theres also a kitchen space in the apartment for tea etc. The staff are extremely helpful, Kumar insisted on carrying my bag (despite its weight!) and was on hand for any questions. I ended up having breakfast (even though it wasn't included with the room 🤦🏼‍♂️) and when I went to pay they said not to worry 🙏. They also kindly stored some luggage for me whilst I took a trip to Coonoor and Ooty. I would happily stay there again.

Pros: It was clean and spacious. Free drinking water, and newspaper in the morning. OK breakfast. Located in commercial area, so plenty of restaurants and small eateries around.

Cons: Only local channels on the TV and hard mattress.
