Absolutely amazing stay at Seashell Apartments.

Pros: From the moment we entered the property to the point when we left, there was hardly anything we did not like or missed. The location is pretty close to Kozhikode beach. Hygiene wasn’t an issue at all. Toiletries and towels were enough for a family. The kitchen was the highlight of our stay. It was fitted with quality stuff ( Bosch chimney and hob ). The refrigerator and microwave oven were very convenient. Utensils were sufficient and of great quality. The washer cum dryer too was top notch. Overall, spic and span. Wifi was great. The staff too, especially the security guard at the main gate. Ample and safe parking was available. Overall, highly recommended. P.S. - Hotel Rahmath is close by. Don’t miss the place if you are a meat lover.

Cons: 1./ Warm water not being available in the bathroom sink was a a bit of a downer. Not a big deal. 2./ The property can be tricky to locate given that it is in a narrow street. Search for ‘Seashell Apartments’ in Google Maps. Not “Seashell Residency” which is another property very close by.

Pros: We had previously stayed at the Gateway Hotel but found it lacking in some areas, so this time we chose this apartment—and it was a fantastic decision. Everything here is of a much higher standard. The building is modern and stylish, with a luxurious feel that’s clearly well-built and thoughtfully designed—nothing about it feels cheap. Although it's within easy reach of SM Street and plenty of restaurants, the setting is peaceful, with beautiful views of coconut fields. The rooms are a real highlight—elegant, well-equipped with high-tech fans, a fridge, a luxurious rain shower in the bathroom, and the incredibly comfortable Emma mattress. From the receptionist to the security guard, every staff member was warm and welcoming, making our stay truly memorable. We’ll definitely be returning!

Comfortable apartment in central Calicut

Pros: Centrally located, very well done up modern apartment with a good kitchen to a washing machine and fridge! Adequate crockery and cutlery for a couple. Staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Easy access to autos and cabs. And though it's near a main road, since it' is about 100m inside a side street, there's no ambient noise.Theres a balcony also with chairs and a table.

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything my family needed for a staycation. The location was perfect, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
