Pros: Well-maintained accommodation in a quiet area. The place offers a variety of Ayurvedic treatments, which was a great experience. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Peaceful and nourishing retreat that was the best possible start to my first trip to India

Pros: I had a very warm welcome, the staff are super friendly. Doctors are great and even though I only stayed for 3 days it was exceptional. The massages and food and peace are just what I needed. I wish I’d booked to stay for a lot longer! Meals are delicious, pool is perfect. This is a magical place to slow down and unwind in.

Cons: I hadn’t realise I’d booked a room with no hot water. All else was perfect!

Pros: Property set next to a lush forest a short walk from the river. Rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons: There should be more cultural activities offered perhaps a Kalripayatu demonstration etc. The meals were a little bland for my taste but I suppose they were planned primarily to meet the nutritional needs of the guests who were there for treatments.

Peaceful retreat to escape the chaos of India, could not recommend more.

Pros: Felt so peaceful and staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place to unwind. I 100% recommend coming here for a true Indian Ayurveda and Kundalini yoga experience.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, more some suggestions. Vajra could do something about organising more things to do during the day and providing a comfortable place to sit in the room.

Pros: It was a really nice stay with very good treatments. Thanks to the therapists and the doctor. Also thanks to the Yoga teacher. Very nice and always smiling. And also a great to all the staff working there for a good, cozy, clean stay and the delicious food.

Pros: Amazing place from the facilities to the food, the therapies and the yoga classes, one of the rare authentic ayurvedic centers left. Every guest recieved such a great treatment that they make you feel home straight away. Every one there does their job beautifully and they're so good at it. A special thank you to Dr Jesney, to the therapists Mary and Chipie with their magic hands and to the great yoga teacher Anoop who got me back my flexibility in just 3 days I will definitely come back for more time and would recommend it for anyone looking for a rejuvenating and relaxing stay through yoga and Ayurveda

Caring staff, good Ayurveda treatments, tasty vegetarian food, small and very good facility.

Pros: Staff (Reception, Doctor, Ayurvedic treatment, Yoga, Kitchen), all the staffs are very caring, attentive. Vegetarian food, really tasty. Swathvik Food matches with Ayurvedic and Yoga treatments.

Cons: Currently very small facility, it has potential to expand it further, so that more facilities/activities can be offered to the Guests, so that during treatment period Guests can have all the options inside, no need to go outside.

Pros: Beautiful property with kind and welcoming staff. Great Ayurvedic treatments and yoga programme too!
